Just days ago, the teen singer hit her local homeless shelter outside LA to donate ten bags of clothing to those in need. And of course, since fashion was the way of the day, Miley looked her best. The long-haired beauty, showed off one of this year's biggest trends in her floral mini-dress. She rocked her signature shoe - boots, but these were mini moccasins in a camel color. Miles finished off the casual chic look with an amazing, unique tiered turquoise necklace and a few bracelets on one of her wrists.
